Olhão's perfect geometry
Photography by Claudine Boeglin
Olhão's cubist architecture called in well known Portuguese artists, architects, writers and photographers. It is a joyful maze of renovated and derelict facades; a poetic exploration from rooftops to the narrow streets inspired by Portugal's Moorish heritage. Built in the 18th century, the historic city center was designed with perfect geometry.
