In collaboration with Japanese chef Akemi Yokoyama and Brazilian beer expert Leonardo Zatta Gayer. In this São Paulo inspired evening, a six-dishes Japanese plant based menu by Akemi included some of her signature delicatessen, her artisanal miso and exquisite sesame tofu. The dinner was paired with a curation of beers brought by Leonardo who presented his Brazilian craft beer, Wilde Bier.
