Series The Premises
Premises Studios, between heaven and hell

Beat. Pulse. Tonality. Minor. Measure. Major. Influence.
At 209 Hackney Rd, the Premises Studios stands firm—music production, rehearsals, recording—its black façade a defiant shield against the cranes, glass towers, and loud-font promises of “Marketing Suites” and “Concierge Lounges.” Inside, a hive of artists thrives, unmoved by the city’s land-grab theatrics. Shoulder to shoulder with the Hell’s Angels HQ, the Studios hum as a bastion of pop-culture rebellion, where music and wheels still echo freedom and youth’s century-long myth.
