Floating House Archeology is a photographic series and time-capsule that capture the "trace-objects" and memories of my Floating House in London, alongside images of the raw wilderness of southern England. The series has a melancholic and reflective tone, speaking to the loss of social fusion in favor of a solitary time for reinvention.
In my experiment with still photography, I place objects in a lived-in space using natural light and cultural connivances. This approach provides an alternative to the neutral and often pink Instagram backdrop, by placing objects in a living space and blurring the lines between reality and imagination.
